Because the server is currently in development and there is a chance to become an Event Staff which would help out the server having 3 or 5 events per day  What Skills do you have and how can it help the players? I have alot of knowledge with the NPC tools for e.g. NPC Controller: This tool controls NPC targets that you select yourself to you can make it follow you or an entity NPC NoTarget: Means that you can NoTarget yourself during events so you can't get hit/killed by the NPC(s) you spawn in. NPC Health: Sets the HP on a NPC(s) Target Also I know that to use different weapons for different characters for e.g. If I were to use a Rebel NPC(s) I would go to weapons override and give him a gun that fits the Model. I know most of the Commands that are used for Events as well for e.g. !model ^ !hp ^  Why are you better than the rest? In other words, why should we accept you, out of all other people? You should accept me because I have quite of knowledge in NPC Tools like I said above and that I'm on everyday and could easily do Events without a problem. I would usually volunteer people to come be apart of the Event as well by giving opportunities to people who aren't Event Staff and would like to help out in the future events. Have you been a Member of Staff on another server? If so, which one(s)? No I have not been a member of staff but I am very trusted in Gateway Gaming. Has any other staff member recommended you?  Yes the staff that recommended me was Pringles also known as Shoretrooper Commander Kix. What will you do if you see another staff abusing his powers? I would instantly tell him what he is doing and give him a warning and spectate him for a little bit unless he does it again I would firstly revoke him from his position and then tell the owner to talk to him about abusing his power. And that if he does it again i would most likely ban him for an hour or so due to his behaviour is not on. What will you do if a player minges / RDM / FailRP when owner and other staff member are not online? I would give them a warning and if they do not comply and do it again I would kick or tempban them for an hour or so. But if they continue to RDM or minge I would either PermBan or Tempban for a week or so. and that if they FailRP I would usually tell them not to do it again and if they continue to do it I would just give him a warning. And once he reaches 2 warnings I would kick him for FailRP  Additional info that you would like us to know: I live in Australia I'm usually on everyday and would be glad to help out for the server!
