Scenarios: 1. There are 5 CT's on and they all are waiting to be in a Regiment. What do you do? Make Tryouts so that there not to Hard or to Easy, do some Climb Swep, Do Some Aiming, Faces, Formations and then tell tem if they passed the Tryouts or not, if they didn't i will tell them they can try and do tryouts again in another week and see if they can improve there skills before trying out and if they do make it make some training so they can improve there skills and make them better on the battlefield. 2. As a Commander, what role do you take on the battle field? You are a Fierce and Brave leader of your regiment. You lead your Troopers into battle without hesitation to Eradicate the enemy. 3. A Trooper in your Regiment is a constant truancy and verbally abuses people as well as abusing their weapons. What would you do as the COMMANDER of the Regiment?: I would wipe them off the Team as soon as possible since they are disobeying the rules of our regiment and the servers, then after if they have done a great deal of verbal abuse and weapons talk to the Staff Team so see if they want to do anything with him. 4. What Makes a Good Commander?: A Good Commander is a person that Leads his Troopers into battle without any worries and dosn't hesitate to die for the sake of saving another trooper or person, They are usually prized people that are good at leading there men into battle and good at training there troopers to become stronger. 5. Can you reach our recommended time per day? [1 Hour/day]: Yes, I can even do more than that on the weekends such as 4 hours a day on Friday, Saturday And Maybe Sunday, the rest of the days i will atleast be on an hour to improve my troopers and maybe even the population/reputation of the server. 6. How mature can you be with a Leadership Role?: I can act Mature and Listen to Commands whenever i need to act serious or whenever Im told too. 7. How high are your Tryout Building Skills?: I have been Commander/Captain on many other servers before and Im pretty sure i know how to Tryout people into joining the regiment/Training my troopers to become better. 8. How hard would you make your Tryouts? Not sure if you are suited to commander role, pretty sure you were EOD Commander Sebastian, and later you were demoted from it. I haven't even seen you on the server since you were demoted... -1

I haven't even seen you on the server since you were demoted... -1[/quote] I wasn't demoted from it btw, i went from EOD Commander too Pilot Commander because it was extremely hard from keeping every single trooper from spamming the bombs, and whenever i told them to stop they would do it again but i never had any evidence of them abusing it so i left for Pilot Commander and also i have been on for the past 3 days on the server for like 1 hour every time and on discord but i guess you just havn't seen me, but thanks for giving your honest opinion! :P
