There are 5 ST's on and they all are waiting to be in a Regiment. What do you do?  Host a tryout (unless my regiment is full, then i would direct them to another regiment)  2. As a Commander, what role do you take on the battle field?  On the field my job is to organize my regiment and the STs, also to tact-ise assaults, retreats, flanks, out-flanks ext.  - off of the battle field - My role would be to create a positive command climate to inculcate and foster trust and mutual understanding. They train their subordinates in, and use the ranking system to direct operations.  3. A Player in your Regiment is abusing his/her weapons/tools by RDMing and is abusing multiple players verbally. They have been doing this for a few days straight? What do you do?  Because i tend on commanding a incredibly strict Regiment, RDMing over 2 people will almost always result in an instant demote after the offender has been proven guilty.  Or because in this case they are abusing their tools + weapons as well as shit talking they would instantly be reported to an admin for mass RDM over an extended period of time and removed from my regiment the second that i receive verbal ID of the offender from 3 STs or 2 of any higher rank (except lieutenants  or higher they only require 1)

A yes for me, I like people who can organize their regiment and the STs other than theirs and wont it be amazing to see someone who want to create a positive command climate to inculcate and foster trust and mutual understanding. no one wants to die on a battle field but with the trust that a commander can strategies well on  tact-ise assaults, retreats, flanks, out-flanks ext i believe the ST will listen to him even if it cost them death it wont be a major and this death might be honorable sacrifices.  And someone who is incredibly strict in their regiment can lead their troopers to Glory one day. and this it will be in history for what they had done with courage, pride and bravery on the battlefield that none others could have.
